“Being a hairdresser, wife and mother keeps me on my feet over 10 hours a day, so when my foot pain, low back pain, neck pain and sciatica kept getting worse, I knew I had to do something. The pain in my foot was terrible whenever I was in motion so I couldn’t walk for exercise, I couldn’t walk barefoot and I was extremely frustrated that I couldn’t exercise adequately to take care of myself. Today, I am walking up to 1 1/2 miles a day, the sciatica pain has improved and the low back pain just comes and goes rather than being a constant pain in my back. As a side benefit I got through allergy season with very few medications this year! I was a bit nervous about getting acupuncture but it’s not that bad. The needles feel like getting a little stick, but that doesn’t stay, any discomfort from the needles goes away. It’s very relaxing and I feel almost as relaxed as I do getting a massage. For me, it’s a feeling of healthiness, like my body is ticking better. I’d rather pay for natural treatments than a prescription covered by insurance. To me it’s worth the money to be treated and actually get well. I recommend it for anyone!”
