Insurance Policy

Infinity Acupuncture does not bill insurance. If you have an out-of-network acupuncture benefit (please check for this benefit), we are happy to provide you with a Superbill for you to submit. Our office does not check or verify insurance benefits. This can typically be done by calling the number on the back of your insurance card or via an app provided by your insurance company. If you have an out-of-network benefit, please provide us with a diagnosis code so we can put the proper codes on your Superbill.

Infinity Acupuncture does not accept Workers Compensation Claims or Automobile Accident liens. If you are going to submit a bill for these, please let us know ahead of time so we can have the Superbill prepared with proper codes.
