Veteran's Policy

Financial
  1. VA will pay for you to come to Infinity Acupuncture and receive the pre-approved number of acupuncture treatments allowed within the time frame designated by VA.
  2. VA will not pay for supplements, herbs or topicals that we may recommend to improve your treatment outcomes.
  3. VA will not pay for missed appointments.
Cancellation Policy:
  1. VA does not pay for missed or last minute cancellation of appointments. Our typical policy is to charge for missed appointments, but because VA does not pay for this, we can not. Please understand, if you don’t show up, our acupuncturists DO NOT get paid.Because of this, if you miss an appointment, it will be reported to VA. If you have 2 or more missed appointments (which means cancellations within less than the 24 hour window that we require of all of our patients), you will be reported to VA as non-compliant, which may make it more difficult for you to receive future treatments in Community Care.
  2. If you have more than 3 last minute cancellations or no-shows you will be referred back to VA and you will not be able to return to Infinity Acupuncture for treatment. We ask that you respect our time as we do yours.
Late Arrivals:
  1. You are considered late if you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment time and more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time. Continuous tardiness is as disrespectful as not showing up, and it can throw off our entire day. We have patients very carefully timed to be able to spend as much time as possible with each patient. If you are very late, you may be considered a no-show and be asked to reschedule. We understand that things happen such as traffic accidents and other things, but please, plan ahead. Traffic gets worse during school hours and also in the summer with tourists. Use your Google Maps to see how long your expected drive will be each day.
  2. Consistent tardiness will result in being referred back to VA.
Termination of Care:
  1. If you decide you no longer want to be treated by anyone in the Infinity Acupuncture Clinic, please let us know. We understand that not every patient is a good fit with every provider and we respect your right to go elsewhere.
  2. On that same note, not every patient is a good fit for every clinic, so we reserve the right to terminate care and refer you back to VA to find another provider if necessary. In addition to the items listed above, inappropriate behavior may be deemed sufficient to terminate care. Please be respectful to our providers.
