New Patient Information
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your health care team. We take your health care concerns very seriously and want to help you have the quality of life you want and deserve!
Here's How We Do That:
- Your first step is to schedule an Initial Consultation. This consultation is normally $125.00, however, we are currently offering this for $65.00 (non-refundable). Appointments are limited and must be prepaid. You can call (910) 262-1122 ext 2 to schedule this appointment.
- The consultation generally takes about 30 minutes and does not include a treatment. During this time, your acupuncturist will review your medical history with you, discuss your health goals, and recommend a treatment plan for you. It is a very in-depth consultation because Chinese Medicine understands that everything that has happened to you over the years can make a difference in what is happening to you today. For example, a head injury when you were 5 years old can cause headaches at 50.
- Once you have booked your first appointment with us, you will receive an email with a link to complete your New Patient Intake forms. If you are unable to complete these forms online prior to your appointment, you will need to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your appointment start time to complete these forms. If you complete these forms online, we still ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time.
- You will have the opportunity to receive your first treatment after your consultation. This treatment is NOT included in your consult fee.
